Hi, I also got a 485 RFE to prove my nonimmigrant status for 2 years (from 2000-2002). My school did not give me my i-20 until two years later ( I am taking full time courses all along). I got the reinstatement approved. To reply RFE, can i just include reinstatement i-20, shall I include the materials I sent for reinstatement?
XDJM, please help and spread the word, please chek your I-20 to make sure they are flawless. On this site and other sites, I have seen many 485 RFE for this.
