My wife was H-4 from 2001~2005 and she had two H-4 I-797 approved notices during this time. But now we can only find her second H-4 I-797 appoved notice and the first one is lost. Now CIS asked my wife to show evidence that she has maintained non-immigration status. What can I do? She still has a copy her first I-94 which showed same valid time as her first H-4. Can I somehow find it online? We really can not remeber the receipt No. Please help!
