请教J2转身份的问题 Ethy 文学城

现在J2身份，刚来美国两个月。拿到一个可以给J1身份的offer，生物专业。请问可以在美国境内转身份么？如果必须离开美国境内的话，去加拿大好还是回中国好？拒签的几率大么？另外，如果拿工卡的话，要交大概多少税呢？
