请问专家, AP 回国葫芦爸文学城

太太现在用EAD 工作, H4应该已经失效了. 马上要用AP回国,有效期有足够的时间. 问题是我们最近申请了新的AP RENEW, 还在PENDING 状态. 不知道用了现在的AP会不会有问题.
如果她现在的身份状态回美遇到麻烦, 会有什么后果.
