I need to work for a new company as soon as possible in Dallas area and now i am current hired at Austin TX. I am not sure i can do the H1B transfer by myself. the owner of the new company wants me to do all document work and he signs and pays the fee. He spent 3 weeks to get the form of prevailing wage done today and left me a message on my answering machine that he would fax the form to me tomorrow. I did some work for my H1B application and extension in the last 7 years and learnt a lot from Pjing's lessons and got a lot help at this forum. My current H1b (7th-9th year) status will expire in Dec. 2010.
What I need now is the detail of H1b transfer, step by step.
I hope some friends and Banzus share ur experience for my case.
