老公在美递交了劳工卡申请，由于当时１４０的加急暂停，而老公的h1-b已满６年。老公去年离开美国本土到美国公司在香港的分部工作。今年１２月到香港整一年。今天他收到美国公司律师的e-mail,告诉他他的劳工卡批下来了。请问各位大侠，像我老公这种情况他的绿卡申请是否还有效。老公想申请L1A回美，回美绿卡申请能否延续或需重新申请？
