I had posted a question about undelivered EAD one week ago. Well, today I got news. My undelivered EAD was returned back to USCIS. The immigration officer told me on the phone that they will resend it. The strange thing is that the address is correct and I never changed address since I filed the case. The USCIS representetive asked me to check two things: make sure my name is on the mail box and to register my name for this address in the local post office. He said postman may treat government letter more cautious than regular mails. But when I called post office, they said I need do nothing except that I must put name on the mail box. My name is always there on the mailbox since I moved in. But anyway, I will re-print my name with larger size on my mailbox.
