My mom is having a B2 visa interview in Shanghai consulate on OCT 24TH, but she can't speak mandarin. Is my dad allowed to go inside together with her to do the interpretation for her?
If not, any suggestions?
My parents applied together before several years ago and got denied. So this time only mom will be applying, but she only speak dialect. So worried.....
