We submitted 485 based on EB3 of My hu*****and. My NIW EB2 I-140 approved recently. Just received RFE to delare which I-140 is going to be used for 485 ajustment. If we declare using my EB2 I-140, does my hu*****and I-140 still valid? Do we need to mention cross-chargibility to use my hu*****and's EB2 Visa (hw is from different country, which is current now)? Thanks
