Hi, all:
After I got H1B with an #A number, two year later I submitted I-140 (EB1-A) and I-485 and got receipt letter with the same #A. However, in July, 2007 I submitted EB2(NIW) and got receipt letter with different #A.
In Jan, 2008 I called USCIS and requested to consolidate two #A into the first #A with a confirmed letter from USCIS.However,one week ago I received an approval letter for my I-140 (EB1-A) with the second #A on the letter. So, USCIS consolidated two #A into the second #A.
Now my question is as follows:
1. I am applying for new H1B now. Which #A should I fill in the application form.
2. I think, #A in my first H1B is my first number and should be my permanent #A. Should I request USCIS to change #A in my approved I-140 (EB1-A) to the first #A?
