My brother is in China, has waited 10 years for the green card from family based immigration (My mom applied for him for unmarried child over 18). He is noticed to have an interview in one of the US Embassy in China. I have a few questions here to ask everyone who might know and can provide us some advice:
(1) Once my brother gets the Green card, can he just come to US for a short time and return back to China? Because he has a nice job there, and doesn't plan to quit. Ideally what we want is: hold a green card, and can still work in China. Is it possible? If so, what kind of documents we need to do?
(2) My brother has a stable relationship with his girlfriend. Is it possible to apply for the Green card for his girlfriend when he has the interview? What is the best way for her to have green card?
