My starting date with the new employer is Dec.1, but my current employer requires my last day here has to be a working day. The problem is Nov.27-28 is Thanksgiving holiday. My question is:
1. If my last day is Nov.26 (or Nov.21), won't that leave a gap for my H1B and cause trouble?
2. Is it legally possible that my last day with current employer is Dec.1 and starting date with new employer is Dec.1?
Any suggestions with my case? Many thanks.
