I have some urgent questions about job title change (with some changes on job desc. and requirements for PR concern) and H1B extension (need to file very soon). I'm so confused by the policies related to H1B visa and green card issue, your advice will be greatly appreciated:
1. Should the title change be filed first to CIS to get their permission in order to make it valid, or it is considered valid when my employer changes it and then filed with the H1B extension document?
2. If the first scenario from question 1 is true, I may not have enough time to have it done and I have to file the title change later after the visa extension, will that have some negative impact (filing the change too soon after the visa extension, or possible additional fee) on getting the title change permission?
3. Will the title change/job requirement change make the position into a different one? If so, will my qualifications be evaluated based on my experience with my current employer or my past experience prior to my current employment?
