Hi,
I am an assistant professor and my university filed EB2-2 140 for me 2 years ago. The 140 is approved in 2006. Now I want to change to EB1-B. I have a few questions.
a. If EB1 application failed, will it damage my EB2 application?
b. Do I need to file EB1-B through my university, or I can do it by myself?
c, by my understanding, if EB1 got approved, the priority date will carry over, right?
