My friends who started the GC process with me are all citizen now.

Started RIR in 2000. got laid off after I-140 approved in 2001 but before I-485 submitted.

Restart GC process in 2006. Labor approved in 05/2007. I-140/I485 concurrently submitted to TX in 07/2007.I-140 approved 08/26/2008. and I-485 approved today.

Visa I carreid:

F1
H4 ( to get in - state tuition)

感觉您应算是是07的PD,那情况还是不错的

回复：After I-140 approved, were you still able to get F 1 Visa?

I switched from H1 to F1 after I-140 was approved in 2003.
