I filed my I-140 on EB1-B category to Texas Service Center last January. Concurrently, I filed my I-485 together with my wife's to TSC. At that time, my wife was working in California. So in my wife's I-485 application, she used her California address. Last September, my wife moved to Texas to stay with me and filed AR-11 to change her address. I got my I-140 approved this May. Today, I just got emails from INS which tell us that my I-485 was forwarded to local office for an interview, but my wife's I-485 was sent to an office in CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER for processing. Anyone has the same experience? Do I need to require INS to transfer my wife's case to the local office that processes my case? And how? Thank you very much!!!
