A friend will very possibly receive an offer from a big company. However, her
situation is a little complicated and would like seek some advice:
Currently she is a PhD student and she has received a master's degree from
another university. What is a better strategy for her to transfer her status?
Choice 1: apply for OPT (which takes about 2 months)
Choice 2: transfer her status directly to H-1
I wonder if there's anybody who's experience and would like to share with us
