B2 extention rethinker2008-11-21 18:41:29

I sent B2 extention package for my parents on Oct 4th. Their I94 expires on Oct21. Because it took me sometime to submit the supplementary materials the receipt date falls beyond I94 expiration date. My question is, will their extention be denied because of the gap? Thanks!
