My I-485 case was outside normal processing time 6 months ago. I made a service request in late AprI[l and the mail I received said my name check is not clear and I should contact them again in 6 months. I made another service request last month, and just got a mail saying: "your application is currently pending service consideration. If you have not been scheduled for a biometrics appointment or fingerprint appointment, you will receive an appointment notice as soon as there is an available date date and time at our local ASC office. Due to backloges at some sites it may take more than 60 days for this appointment to be scheduled."
Does this mean my name check is clear now? Will I receive my green card soon?
My information: EB-1b, I-140 and 485 submitted in May 2007, I-140 approved in July 2007.
