do I have to bring my son with me to Houston China consulate for his travel permit?
he is only 4 month old.
rules are changed this year. one of parents has to go to Houston China Consulate for child's travel permit.
also, when can do new passport? half year before expiration date or one year before expiration date? if expiration year is 2011, what will be good reason to have new passport now?
