07年底打过两次指纹，但指纹很浅，都是40到50之间，后来就没有下文了。现在刚收到
移民局的通知：
This office has been unable to confirm the identity of this applicant with
the fingerprints submitted. As an alternative means of verifying that the
applicant has a clear criminal history, please submit a police clearance
letter(s) from every town or city the applicant has lived for the past five
(5) years.
不知道如何在国内和美国办理无犯罪证明？各位有谁办过吗？
