I have a new approved I140 that has an earlier PD. I used your template to request transferring my pending I485 to this new approved I140. But the whole package was returned by TSC for no reason. TSC only attached a piece of note as follow "Thank you for your recent inquiry to the TSC via letter for information regarding your case ...We ask that you call the NCSC ..." Make no sense at all. Am I the only one who got returned? What should I do? Thanks.
