Ideally, I want to apply F1 during the grace period ( after J1 expired on Dec.31) ( you said it is not allowed to apply during the grace period, but if I just want to take the chance... to try), and during the pending of F1, I will work on EB 1 a and file it during F 1 pending, if in the end , if F 1 denied ( 90% will be denied), I will still have the 485 pending ( legally????) does it make sense???

Or if I file both F1 and eb 1 a during my grace period ( will file F1 first), will I get two pending legally???????
