need file I-539, some quesitons regarding Part 4

3a:are you or any other person includes on the application, an applicant for
an immiagrant visa?

should :yes, right?

3b.Has an Immigrant petition ever been filed for you and any other persons
includes in the application?

my LD 的140已经批了，但140是他的，我没有提交140

Should; not sure if yes or no

3c:Has a form I-485 , applcation to register Permanment residence or adjust
status ,even been filed by you or any other person included in this
application

should: yes, right?
