提交 I-485 之后的更换工作，不是必须等到 I-140 已经批准，也不是必须等到 I-485 已经提交 180 天。但是，工作的相同或相似，是必须满足的条件。
However, I just talked with my lawyer, and he said after the Dec. 27, 2005, there is another AC21 memo which said if my current employer is the petitioner for I-140, it has to be approved otherwise, if I leave the company, the I-140 automatically fail.
Are you aware of the new memo? My lawyer lost his computer file.
