URGENT! how to fill out the I130 C8-11 if Dad no longer alive 思忆念2009-01-23 05:48:39

Filing the I130 for mom, Dad was deceased 2 years ago. I am a bit confused or not sure what I should do about I130 C 8-11 after check "Widow" on C4.

Please help!

The instrcution does say for mom, only needs to attach mom/daughter prove letter and my citizenship certificate. Are they enough? any other evidences I should send in together with I130?
