I am applying Green Card by marriage. I am going to file all forms myself.
For me:
1. I-130 by my hu*****and
2. I-485, including I-864 by my hu*****and
3. I-765 for EAD
4. G325A by my hu*****and
5. I-693
Q1. My hu*****and income is over poverty line, do I have to add my income to I-864 because of my daughter
Q2. For my daughter who is turning 15 years old
Does she have to fill the same forms as mine, or just
1. I-130 by my hu*****and
2. I-485, including only I-864, without tax, pay stubs etc
