My hu*****and file I485 in 2005, his greencard has not been approved yet,though mine has been approved two years ago and we filed the same time. He checked with USCIS, they told him, someone or maybe software problem, turned his case on hold, but they do not know how to cancel the hold though his security is cleared. Is anyone has the experience how to deal with USCIS, please share with me. Example, write to house of representatives, senates to help me to solve these problems.
