Background: I left for US in this June. My hu*****and and I have been married for 4 years. Actually, we fall into love in 1994.Full assistantship enough for us. We have pictures from 1995 to now, including the pictures taken in the airport in June and about ten pictures of mine taken in US. Because my hu*****and is a minority nationality (Korean), the regulation is that if his old brother has not married, then he could not hold the wedding. So we lack of wedding pictures. But we have the unmarried certification of his brother.
My hu*****and almost showed everything, including our house ownership certification, marriage certification, the notarized marriage document(certified last year),bank certification, letter from international office of my school, the copy of my student ID, copy of my passport, copy of the leasing agreement, copy of my band card. I don't expect that the VO said that the female in the pictures was not me!! When asking about the wedding pictures, my hu*****and told him the fact and showed the certification of his old brother. He said the relationship between my hu*****and and I was unsure, maybe it was my hu*****and's classmate, even my hu*****and showed him the marriage certification and the notarized marriage certification. I
Maybe there are some differences of me nine years ago and now, but I don't think I have so many changes made him thinking the person in the airport was not me. It is only less than 3 months!!
It took about 20 mins and during this period the VO asking other VOs from time to time. His attitude is very bad, believe nothing.
On point is that the address we lived is not the address on the house ownership document. Because VO asked “ Did you live together?” Also, there is a letter “B” on the refused seal of my hu*****and’s passport, What does “B” mean??
I plan to get driver license tomorrow and send to my hu*****and. I think maybe they will believe this picture ID. Please help me what else should we do next time. How to certify it is me!!!
