我是EB２，Priority date 是2006.在2007夏季的大混乱中我也 file 了AOS。但我先生没赶上跟我一起转，一直在等我的 priority date to be current。现在我想转雇主，是同样的工作，下面是我的两问题：
１.因我先生还没转AOS，如果我要换雇主,必须仍用H１转，是吗？
２. I know it should be fine for me to transfer employer. Since my 140 is approved and 485 has been filed more than 180 days. But how about my hu*****and? Can he still file his AOS when my priority date becomes current? Is this a seamless process? What happens if the priorty date becomes current in the process of my H1B transfer. Can he still files AOS during that period? Does he need to wait until my H1B is approved and after notifying of my new employment to USCIS? Any impact to his AOS if I transfer my H1B?
