USCIS第二次要求I-140补件。恳请各位大侠帮我看看，我到底需要提供什么：
我的案子是用以前同事的labor certification，因为她已离开公司--substitute the beneficiary for an approved labor certification。当时递交I-140的时候，我的律师没有要求我签任何关于substitute的东西，也没有要求雇主提供任何同意substitute的材料。第一次补件时，USCIS提问为什么beneficiary突然名字变了，我的律师写了一段解释。现在USCIS又要我补充：
The petitioner's response to the request for evidence states that it wants to subsititute XXX for the original beneficiaries, YYY. Such Subsititution requires the filing of new form 9089 signed in original and dated by all parties. Therefore, please such form signed by the subsitituted beneficiary, the petitioner, and the from preparer.Please note that a copy of the signature of any one of the parties is not acceptable.
我认为是不是要填一份全新的9089表格？但我律师说，如果重新填的话，就要重新办PERM, 以前那份就作废了，priority date也就作废了。我律师说只要我在以前同事的9089表格的第8页和第9页上签名就可以了，可是，那上面分明显示的是别人的名字，我能就这样在别人的名字下签个字吗？
