I just had my first 485 interview yesterday. INS Officer said he would make his decision soon. If not, he will ask additional documentation within the next 30 days. Is there any possibility that I will have my second 485 interview? I gave him my current employed verification letter. Since there was a very bad job market today, I was not sure I was able to keep my current job for that long. My case: NIW, PD 03/2005. Usually, how long will I receive his decision?
