NIW filed in July 2007, got RFE from officer ＃0329 in September 2008. General RFE requesting citation list and further evidence to testify the third point of NIW. I DIY'ed my original application using other people's template, and had no idea how to further strengthen that point. Found other people's posts about their experience with fsa2000 on this board, so decided to ask for help from him.
