下面的事详细的RFE LETTER 内容。

The evidence you have submitted establishes that you are an accomplished scientist and the importance of your field of research is not in question. However, it is not apparent from the evidence submitted that you have the level of acclaim required for this very restrictive visa classification.

You have submitted evidence of having been awarded a NIH Visiting fellow award and a Third Place Award from the Committee of Science and Technology Promotion Award in Jiangsu Province of China. It should be noted that fellowships as well as travel grants and scholarships to further the education and training of student and young scientists are not considered to be awards in this sense. Also, awards won while still a student have much less evidentiary weight than awards won while working as a professional in the field. Please submit documentary evidence to establish the criteria for winning the awards including evidence regarding who is eligible to compete for the awards. Please submit documentary evidence to establish the reputation of the Committee of Science and Technology Promotion in Jiangsu Province of China any other documentary evidence to establish the significance of the award or prize.

You have submitted evidence of being a member of the AACR and the Endocrine Society as well as evidence of the criteria for membership in those organizations. If available, you may submit additional documentary evidence to show how membership in these organizations is indicative of extraordinary ability.

As evidence published materials about you, you have submitted website printouts that list your name in reference to published articles. Submit documentary evidence to show that these website are considered major publications in you field of endeavor as well as documentary evidence to show that having your name listed on these sites is indicative of national or international acclaim. Submit any other articles published in major media prior to the filing this I-140 which are about you and your work and indicate that your work is significant to the field of endeavor.

As evidence of your participation as a judge of the work of others in the field you indicated that you have performed manuscript review. However, peer manuscript review is routine in the field and not every peer reviewer enjoys sustained national or international acclaim. Submit documentary evidence that sets you apart from others in the field such as documentary evidence that you have reviewed an unusually large number of articles, received independent requests from a substantial number of journals, or served in an editorial position for a distinguished journal. You also indicate that you were a judge for the NIDDK fellows Scientific Retreat. Please submit documentary evidence of your judging as well as documentation of the criteria for selection as a judge. Please submit documentary evidence to establish how your participation and /or the contest is uncommon or otherwise noteworthy to the field of endeavor.

You have submitted evidence of having published scholarly papers and a book chapter as well as evidence to show that the articles have been cited. Please submit updated evidence of any published articles by other researchers citing or otherwise recognizing your research and/or contributions with the goal of creating a complete record of the citations of your work. Such evidence could include printouts of results from scholarly search engines such as Scifinder and Google Scholar, just to name two. Please note that any such printout must contain the title, authors, and publication information for both the cited and citing article. For citing articles which do not appear on the above printouts, you may instead submit paper copies. Submit the title and first page of the paper, any pages that reference your work with those portions highlighted, and the bibliography or “works cited” section with your name highlighted. It is not necessary to submit articles that are self-referencing; i.e. written by you or your collaborators. Citations may have occurred subsequent to filling the I-140 provided they are citing your articles published prior filing.

You may submit any available additional documentary evidence of acclaim which meets the criteria listed under 8 CFR 204.5(h)(3)&(4) and which was in existence as of the date the petition was filed. The evidence must demonstrate that you have sustained national or international acclaim and that you achievements have been recognized as extraordinary in the field of endeavor. You may also submit additional documentary evidence to further support claims made about the significance of evidence already in the record such as your presentations.
