各位大师,

My statuses: I-140 approved in 2007; I-485 pending. H1 visa_ renewed for 3 years in 2008 by USCIS ( will be expired in 2011,). In January this year, I returned to USA from China (visiting family). In USA 海关边境 (custom), the officer gave me an I-94 card, which showed the H1 expiration date is July 2009 the same as my passport expiration date. My questions: 1) Is this a mistake made by USA 海关边境 (custom)? 2) Can I work to 2011 based on the H1 visa approved by USCIS? 3) Should I go to USA 海关边境 (custom) or USCIS to ask for correcting the mistake or a new H1 visa? 4) Does it will affact my I-485 application, if....?

I－９４是居留许可， 不是入境许可

加拿大公民允许短期免签证来美国，但仅限于旅游探亲访友。
