According to March VB, my PD 2/5/05 will be current this month, so I thought my app was outside of processing time. Today, I received an mail from USCIS Newark Office regarding the response from NSC to its email request on my March 4 Infopass visit. The NSC response states that "the case still remains pending awaiting visa available according to priority dates."
I wonder whether the March VB cutoff date starts on the 1st day of March, or if this was because my case had not been activated according to the March VB? or it implied April VB retrogression?
Any thought?
