Did any one change your name after greened? qxyan2009-03-10 16:42:22

My daughter (13 yers old) just got her name changed by going to the court. (she got the green card last October) I think she also need to change her green card and SSN. Is anybody here that has the same experience can share how to ask for a new card? (form, fee, procedure, ect)
