我的问题：我的先生来美国就是L1签证，他没有在美国申请过身份延期或转换身份。所以按道理这两个问题都要答no. 但是总觉得问题应该答yes。 因为感觉移民局是想知道我先生现在的状态。他已经有了签证，虽然不是申请延期或转换身份得到批准的。你们说呢？
