I received the reference for my I-485 application.
1) I must submit my I-94 form.But I have two I-94 forms and I do not know whether I need to submit all of them or just the recent one. My first I-94 form is the one that I first enter U.S as a F1 student. Then I changed to H1 after graduate and got a new I-94 as the H1 status. I applied AP and went back to China last year and submitted my H1 I-94 and got a new I-94 as the AOS parole status. My question is do I need to send my first I-94?
2) I need to submit a copy of all my petition approval notices (form I-797). I do not quite understand this. I have an I-140 (form I-797) approval notice. I also have I-129(Form I-797A) approval notice. And I have an EAD (Form I-797D) approval notice, but I never use it. I also found that all the receipt notice (including AP) from USCIS are form I-797C. I do not know which one I need to send. Can anybody help? Thanks
