Dear PJiang,

I am interested in the applying green card through EB-1A

I have a master degree in USA , a Ph.D degree in Australia , both are in materials engineering.

I have 1 first-authored journal publication so far. Possibly several more first-authored papers soon.

I have 8 years professional working experience in materials engineering, which matches to my major.

I will start to work as CTO (chief technical officer) with a Chinese company very soon. This title equals to the vice general manager. This company has 500 empolyees.


Base on my background information, do you think I am eligible for EB-1A applicant?
