I-797 windowright2009-04-19 03:43:27

I applied I-130 long time ago for my sister and got I-797 now. But my sister's family moved to USA in F-visa last year. What should I or her family do? Goback China to wait? or notice USCIS their status and address changes? Is it going to slow the case in either way?
