My case info: NIW/PD Oct. 08, 2005/ I140 approved./ I 485 received date: June 12, 2007/ Finger print once on July 10, 2007/ Case location-TSC, USCIS.
last UD: Sep. 26, 2008 after received Ref. document. UD message as following:
"Current Status: Response to request for evidence received, and case processing has resumed.
On September 26, 2008, we received your response to our request for evidence. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service. You should expect to receive a written decision or written update within 60 days of the date we received your response unless fingerprint processing or an interview are standard parts of case processing and have not yet been completed, in which case you can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. This case is at our TEXAS SERVICE CENTER location. "
I was glad and waited for the written update. Unfortunately, I don't get anything so far. Recently, I have called TSC and written the letter to our senator. The answers I got were similar as:" the current cut off date is Feb. 2005. Your priority date is Oct. 2005. " In other words, I should be patient to await.
What should I do next? Just be patient????????
