The NVC will contact the person for whom you are petitioning concerning further immigrant visa processing steps.
是不是说这个案子转到中国的领事馆了？由领事馆再通知我姐姐？这个过程还要多长时间？我也会同时接到通知吗？还有别的表要填吗？如果不是的话，下一步是什么呢？
