Was told my name check was cleared on Jan 28, 2009 (The FP was taken on Jan
24, I guess it was so fast because I have another 485 filed in 2007), and
the case is with an officer. The last action on my case was on April 29,
2009, but a decision hasn't been made yet. Does that mean my turn is soon?
My case is EB1B, PD is in 12/2008.
I asked when I can expect the approval of my case, and the officer said she
does not know, but she can send a service request for me.
When I asked about my LD's case, she told me she could not tell since my LD
is not there, but should the same with mine since our cases are tied
together. I wanted to make sure my case has the correct priority category.
She said the information she has does not show the category.
The officer was very nice. But I don't know what to ask and how to dig out
more useful information. When she said the last action on my case was on
April 29, I should have asked what the action was about.
