See your sample letter for transfering PD between two I-140s. My question is: can I request such transfer even before filing I-485 (none of PD is current yet)? I have both approved with about one year 9 month difference in PD.
Why I want transfer --- the one with earlier PD has higher employment condition. Recently the company cut everybody 10% salary make it hard to meet it but still meet the 2nd I140.
Why have two I-140 --- the comapny laywer screwed it up. then new laywer re-file it and also add a new one, they both got approved in a same week.
