Sorry I can’t type Chinese – I’m still at work.

I have some questions on I-751 and I’ve searched it on this forum and seen many responses you’ve posted previously. I’d most appreciative if you could answer my specific questions:

I married my USC spouse 2.5 years ago; lazy me, I took my time in applying for my GC (I was on H1-B). Got my conditional GC in Feb 2008. We need to file petition I-751 to remove my conditional status this December (the card expires Feb 2010). But my spouse is moving to another state for work later this year and I need to stay and finish my project at work. So we probably won’t be together physically for months until through December; I’ll probably move to his location end of this year or early next year.

1. Is our physical separate gonna hurt our application? For these months we are separating, we'll still have both of our names on our leases and stuff (We will be married for 3 years by December this year and have never separated before. we will still have joint leases while we are living separately and all the evidence proving bone fide marriage)
2. When we apply for joint I-751, should we file it at my location or his location? Does it matter?
3. After we file my I-751, if my permanent GC doesn’t arrive within a year, can I apply for my citizenship at the 3-year anniversary of my conditional GC?
4. From your experience, what would better my chance of getting my permanent GC faster, applying in Colorado or Washington state?

Thank you!!
