跪求各路大侠帮助: 485DIY.我是副申请人,之前是H1-B,去年夏天辞职后呆在家里, 递485时申请的EAD于去年九月份过期, 没有继续申请. LD(主申请人)用EAD上班.
前段时间我(副申请人)收到485RFE要求提供体检补件和legal continuous employment evidence after Sept 2008. 回RFE时给了以前的I-94/H1-B和体检材料,没能提供legal continuous employment evidence after Sept 2008.最近受到485 Intent to Deny. 理由是H1-B和EAD到期,”it appears that you have engaged in unauthorized employment since the expiration of your EAD on Sept 2008 to the present”.
我该怎么回以下的问题:
1) failed to maintain, continuously, a lawful status; (485pending期间要其它的东西象EAD来维持身份吗?)
2) engaged in unauthorized employment (去年夏天后,就呆在家里没工作,怎么证明自己没有工作?)
