今天刚收到Texas的xm102officer给Eb1b 140的notice to deny。 case本来好几个华人律师都觉的eb1b 应该够条件，但公司HR一定要用公司的美国律师，大部分活都得自己干。
这个102officer写到：
The petitioner has not clearly established that the beneficiary meets the criteria for classification as an outstanding professor or researcher. In order to establish that the beneficiary is a professor or researcher who is internationally recognized as outstanding in the academic field,submit evidence that addresses the deficiencies below, or submit additional evidence relating to at least two of the categories shown in bold.
请大家看看如何回复：
1. 102把五条我们提的evidence都说不够条件，要我们提各种信息，我们是否可以重点对2到3类提供additionalevidence，而对另为比较弱的3项不理呢，毕竟EB1b只要符合2项就够了。
2. 这封信的date是空白的，所以不知道那天发的，大概还有20来天能准备。
