(1)H-1B renewal. I-129 instruction requires that the employer provide a letter to explain the reasons for H-1B renewal according to related regulations. What are the related regulations or where can I find them? $214.2.(h)(15)(i) ?

(2) EB1-B I-140 appeal. What are the considerations for my decision wheter to appeal or not? If I appeal, would it have any effect on my other petitions, for example, my approved NIW I-140 and my pending I-485? And Can I change my attorney for the appeal?
