顺便说一下：我上周刚打电话给USCIS TSC SERVICE CENTER 要求接电话的人帮我file a request for my I-485 case, yeaterday I got email form USCIS told me they are reactived my case, today, I got good news! It's really helpful to ask them to help you to file request for you.
